You have an Associate’s degree and 2 years of technical application support experience and a working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server as well as expertise with data manipulation tools. You are highly organized and are committed to doing whatever is necessary to meet the customer’s needs.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills: At least 2-3 years of application support escalation experience. Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
Recent relevant exp: with C#, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL, Object Oriented design; Solid working knowledge and understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and data manipulation tools. (running queries)
Helpful skills are: Working knowledge of scheduled/batch processing and tools; Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services; ASP.NET and IIS; Microsoft Access.
B.S. in software engineering, MIS, computer science, computer engineering, or similar field. Work experience directly applicable to the position requirements will be considered in lieu of the above.
