You are an articulate, upbeat and professional minded Recruiting Coordinator with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and comprehensive Microsoft office expertise. You thrive in a role where you are supporting a busy team in a customer-facing environment, where you act as the right arm and the person who ensures what is happening on the front end is properly executed on the back end. You have the ability to work remote and also enjoy coming into an office at least 50% of the time and working with a team.

As the core HR Recruiting Coordinator for KeenHire Talent Management you are a key member of our internal team and are 100% responsible for completing effective, accurate and timely communications both internally and externally. You pride yourself in your proactive, critical thinking skills, your excellent follow up and follow through and your highly effective use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint technology to complete all levels of projects. You enjoy a busy schedule with a variety of similar deadline driven projects on your plate.
You are a responsible self-starter with a strong ability to service your team through efficient planning, accurate prioritizing and an attention to detail, timelines, and quality. Your responsibilities include administrative support to a dynamic and professional team, focused on producing results. You enjoy supporting HR functions in the Recruiting and consulting field, and understand the importance of building and retaining client loyalty. You thrive in a remote office and appreciate the value of working in the business office three days a week. Your success is defined by accuracy, support, timely deliverables and passion.
