EDI’s HR Administrator, your primary focus is maintaining up-to-date HR data as well as supporting and servicing the employee population. You are very organized and have great attention to detail. You enjoy working with in a role where your work supports the accurate recording and filing of HR and employee documents.

You have an Associate’s degree and 2-3 years of administrative experience in Human Resources preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting. Your background working in processing of employee records & payroll, being a go to internal HR service contact and your desire to become PHR certified places you at the top of the candidate pool.
