As an experienced and highly successful sales and operations manager for iconic companies including Disney Stores, Williams-Sonoma, and David's Bridal, Darlene brings 25-plus years of experience to the KeenAlignment team. She’s passionate about creating innovative workplaces, inspired leaders, and engaged employees everywhere she goes.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated extraordinary team-building skills and the ability to coach leaders to grow their effectiveness through courageous conversations that build trust.
Darlene received her professional coaching certification through CTI, Coaches Training Institute, over a decade ago and continues to educate herself in service of her team and clients. Darlene hired a coach during an extremely challenging work situation, which saved her life and was the catalyst for her work today –energizing high potential and high-performing leaders in business and leadership. She assists executives and leaders in family-owned and corporate companies to up-level their skills to meet the ever-changing demands.
In her leadership and sales management role for KeenAlignment, Darlene brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to every situation.

Director of National Talent Acquisition
Katherine McKinley joined KeenHiring with extensive experience in global recruiting, coaching, and strategy building in the IT industry. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston College, and has spent her career working to build relationships with top executives and cross-functional stakeholders; creating synergies within corporations while building enthusiasm and commitment amongst teams.
Solutions driven, Katherine is proactive with key decision makers to translate business objectives by attracting, assessing and hiring to align with corporate objectives while focusing on making an excellent culture match. She has certificates in Diversity Inclusion and Belonging, and Social Impact Strategy from University of Pennsylvania and is active in her local SBHRA.
Leadership Performance Coach & Operations Manager
Cara has 17 years of experience working for various organizations as a marketing director, professional cook, sales associate, and transformational coach. Throughout her breadth of experience, she has always been passionate about bringing heart, soul, and purpose to the workforce. She spent seven years facilitating and managing transformational personal development and leadership programs for Landmark Worldwide.
Cara has clocked 1,000s of hours in deep personal development work, always driven by her desire to make a difference for and serve others and to fulfill her calling in life, that people experience grace and express divine love.
In addition to coaching with KeenAlignment, Cara is also the owner of Matsu Love, a business which offers well-being programs and services to mothers and women who wish to be mothers.
Assistant to the CEO
Shelley Turner is the executive assistant for KeenAlignment where she provides administrative support to our CEO and founder. She delivers professional and timely communications on behalf of the CEO, while fostering a transparent and inclusive work environment. Shelley has more than 20 years’ experience in scheduling, communications and logistics management.
Before joining KeenAlignment, Shelley served as Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO and CFO of the Chester River Healthcare Facility, a Division of University of Maryland Healthcare Centers. There she actively engaged in physician recruitment and documentation, as well as implemented a new billing system for the center's vascular lab.
CFO Advisor
After spending more than 20 years in senior financial positions at McGraw-Hill Financial, Viacom, the National Hockey League, Computer Associates and Kaplan, and successfully leading a $260M IPO for a live music entertainment company, Brian Califano co-founded AcceleratingCFO LLC in 2013. Since founding AcceleratingCFO, he has participated in several hundred million dollars of capital raises, recapitalizations and acquisitions/disposition activity. Brian is a CPA in New York State and earned his MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
HR/Cultural Alignment Implementation
A native of California, Suzanne Fahl has been a part of the KeenAlignment team for a decade and has more than 35 years of HR experience in diverse industries, including PEOs. Suzanne serves KeenAlignment’s clients as our Strategic People and Operations Consultant, specializing in transforming human systems to experience greater results driven efficiencies within their roles and operational systems. Her goal is to create an experience that sustains people satisfaction and job efficiencies with elevated results and cost savings.
Suzanne has held strategic HR roles throughout her career serving a worldwide workforce with responsibilities for Americas, APAC and EMEA. In 2009, she migrated to Chicago where she held the Director of HR for a parent company and three subsidiaries in Milwaukee until she relocated to Denver where she held the position of Service Operations Manager for Mineral (previously ThinkHR) for nearly 5 years.
She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. She also holds a Change Management and Values Based Behavioral Interviewing Certification and has ghost written more than 75 articles, is cited worldwide on managing communicable disease in the workplace and trained on numerous compliance and non-compliance topics virtually and in-person.
