It enables us to see through the confusion, the volatility and the chaos to evaluate what is and what is not working and how to pivot our moods, attitudes and behavior for a better life at work.  When we master this distinction we are problem solvers not problem perpetrators, we believe in others ability to step up and we count on them to do so. We have good boundaries and focus on what’s moving us forward and move away from the spin of sameness keeping us trapped.
