Leaders Creating Leaders™

An Immersive Leadership Development Program for Leaders Ready to Create More Leadership Everywhere

Your organization is growing. The opportunities are getting bigger. The decisions are getting more complex. The pace is accelerating. The people who helped you get here are being asked to lead at a new level.

Organizational growth creates a challenge no strategy can solve on its own: You cannot scale the organization if leadership does not scale with it.

Leaders Creating Leaders™ guides managers, directors, senior leaders, and executive teams to move beyond being the people who have the answers and become leaders who awaken capability, ownership, and leadership in others. Because culture is shaped every day by what leaders model, reward, tolerate, ignore, and make possible.

“I participated in a KeenAlignment-led three day offsite for the entire leadership group of one of the companies on whose Board I serve. I can honestly say that it was the most extraordinary and impactful leadership development experiences I have ever observed. Magi Graziano is amazingly effective at drawing each team member into full engagement with her process and at bringing each of them to powerful new levels of self-awareness and to real commitment to change. The team exercises she has designed generate true mutual respect and show each member how awesomely effective they can be as a team when they work together in genuinely constructive and collaborative manners. I recommend this organization strongly!”

What Does It Mean to Create Leaders?

Creating leaders is not about making everyone lead the same way. It is not handing off work and hoping for the best. It is not withholding direction in the name of empowerment. It is not stepping away from accountability.

It is learning how to lead in ways that expand the judgment, confidence, responsibility, and contribution of others.

Together, participants explore questions like:

  • Who am I as a leader and what can people count on me for?

  • How does my state of mind and the energy I bring affect the people and environment around me?

  • What becomes visible in my leadership when pressure rises?

  • Am I creating capability in others or creating dependence on me?

  • How well do I listen for the essence of what another person is saying?

  • How do I balance results, relationships, and the realities of the larger system?

  • Are our intent, environment, and ways of working reinforcing one another?

  • How do I communicate so responsibility and mutual understanding are clear?

  • Where am I holding myself and others fully accountable?

  • What leadership am I ready to call forward in the people around me?

  • What becomes possible when my leadership creates more leaders?

The 3-Day Shift

Day 1: See

Recognize How You Are Leading Now

Leadership development begins with awareness. Participants slow down enough to notice their state of mind, their patterns under pressure, the assumptions shaping their behavior, and the impact they have on the people around them.

Through reflection, deep listening, and immersive challenges, leaders begin to distinguish between reacting automatically and choosing how they want to lead. They learn to recognize friction in real time, regulate their response, and move from unconscious reaction toward clarity, presence, and conscious choice.

They get honest about what is working, what may be holding them back, and the possibility of leadership they are ready to claim.

You cannot develop in others what you are unwilling to see in yourself.

Day 2: Expand

48.png

Build the Range to Lead From More Than One Position

Strong leadership is not one style used everywhere. Participants explore five dimensions of leadership and experience how each dimension calls for a different blend of purpose, direction, connection, service, partnership, intuition, and action, and how those choices shape the environment other people work within.

They also strengthen the internal capacities that make leadership possible under pressure. Leaders practice opening the mind to new facts, the heart to another person’s experience, and the will to what may need to emerge.

The result is greater choice: knowing when to set direction, when to partner, when to step back and develop another person, and when to sense what the larger system is asking for.

Leadership range turns good intentions into the right response for the moment.

Day 3: Multiply

47.png

Put Leadership Into Motion Through Others

This is where leadership becomes more than personal growth. Participants declare what others can count on them for, practice accountability, and bring their leadership into demanding experiential challenges. They must communicate a vision, collaborate, delegate, adapt, take responsibility, and call one another forward.

The emphasis shifts from “How do I lead?” to “What does my leadership make possible in others?”

Leaders leave with a clearer commitment to developing people, creating conversations for action, and building a culture where ownership does not stop with a title. They see that alignment is not accidental, but designed, reinforced, and embodied through everyday leadership behavior.

The measure of leadership is not how much you carry. It is how much capacity you create.
